As a single, female, first time home-buyer, to say Patrick and his team were more than I could have asked or hoped for, is an understatement. Even before I was an official client, they took me under their wing and walked me through the entire journey...even now that the "deal is done" they are still following up and making sure to answer any questions that have risen since I moved in. Patrick was also there from day 1 working hard to ensure we had what we needed and we knew what was going on. Lastly, Roy made sure to capture the last and final moment of this process.
